After washing for the first 15 minutes, drain the water and wash again for another 5 minutes, repeating this twice makes the clothes very well washed. At first I used it a lot: 5 minutes and the socks were clean; a thin t-shirt could be washed quickly when it arrived sweaty… but if there is a lot of build-up, it is better to wash in a normal machine that washes, rinses and squeezes. Then you also have to wash the machine itself. In general, I don't think I would buy it after a week of use.
